Headed for college STEM degrees, our 2016 Scholarship winners recall the impact of male-dominated tech classes in high school, their dreams for the future, and the people who inspired them most. These amazing young women are committed to giving back by helping younger girls discover the excitement and opportunities in technology and engineering.

The newest studies show gender bias occurs as early as first grade, with a big drop-off in interest in middle school.
