Successful 'Transformation' Program
A Great Big Thank You to JM Family Enterprises for hosting our summer program with kudos for a delicious after-work spread and great venue. The program, “The Art of Transformation: From Strategy to Execution” was a grand success. We’ve received so much positive feedback. The event was a part of ITWomen’s Professional Development Series.
Headline speakers Shelly Samuel, Michelle Bazargan, Sandra Porceng were inspirational. They shared invaluable insights into:
- The impact of customer demand on your job and all business models.
- Strategies for successfully navigating the race to change.
- Opportunities for personal and professional transformation.
ITWomen president Clare Marrero recognized JM Family for being an Inspirational Program Partner. Program committee chair board member Barbara Russo accepted on behalf of JM Family. Claire introduced ITWomen executive director Patricia Mundarain and thanked board member Christine Zambrano for her support and member Daymari Bello, of The Talent Source, for continual contributions of behind-the-scenes support, including managing the registration intake.
We were delighted to see familiar faces as well as returning members and new guests. Among them in the full room were: Sue Glannan, Nikki Reid, Robin Lenihan, Judy Levy (returning member), Martha Machado (new guest), Andrea Delit Katsivelis, Olga Stroud, Kathy Octavio, Jean Giovannelli, Dana Ingram, Jamie Delsing, and more.
