Over 100 ITWomen participants attended the webinar today!

Melissa pointed out that job searchers can visit Citrix Career page and sign up for alerts for #engineering, #DevOps, #Security  #CustomerSuccess,  #ProductManagement, and #Sales positions.

Other tips included:

  • Be sure to follow the companies you admire (not just on Linkedin, but also Facebook and Glassdoor).
  • Tailor your resume to the positions for which you are best suited
  • Be prepared to discuss how you have delivered value and demonstrated a collaborative “winning together,”growth mindset in your past roles.

When you reach the offer stage, do your research and have a conversation with your mentor to help you approach that negotiation with confidence 🙂
