Following the technical areas closest to their personal interests was one of the hallmarks of the career paths of the VPs and CIOs who shared their rise to the top during ITWomen’s Management Toolkit program, held September 13, 2012 at Tyco headquarters in Boca Raton. Tyco sponsored the event that drew nearly full capacity turnout.
Speakers included: Sharon Moura, VP Global Information Technology, TYCO Vertical Market Solutions; Patrick Doliny, MBA, CIO, Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO); and Nadeje Felix, CSM, VP, PMO, Bluegreen Corporation. Claire Marrero, ITWomen Programs Director and Principal, The Talent Source, served as moderator.
 Special guests also included Daryl Houston (pictured at left, with Tyco VP Sharon Moura), Community Investment Officer at Community Foundation of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
