Sharon Moura, VP, IT Transformation & Strategy, Tyco International

Sharon T. Moura, Tyco International, Vice President, IT Transformation & Strategy, was a panel speaker at ITWomen program, “Inspiring Women to the Top.”

Sharon Moura has over 20 years of progressive experience in Information Technology at leading organizations. Industry experience includes financial, automotive, mining & metals, install & service and manufacturing. Areas of particular expertise and interest include Strategy, Enterprise Change, Organizational Transformation, Strategic Program Management and Application Strategy and Rationalization.

Currently, Ms. Moura is the Vice President, IT Transformation, Strategy & Commercial Excellence at Tyco. She is responsible for leading the transformation of global IT from disparate teams, technologies and capabilities to a One Tyco model enabling the organization’s growth and efficiency objectives. Prior to this role Sharon has held a number of Divisional CIO responsibilities at Tyco. She has also led Information Technology at organizations such as GE Capital, Hyundai Automotive, and General Motors.

Sharon earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario Canada and completed executive programs at Harvard University, MIT and Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Moura regularly speaks on the topics of Change Leadership and Organizational Transformation at industry forums.
