Vivian More, VP IT Shared Services, Interval International

Vivian More was a panel speaker at the May 21, 2015 program, “Inspiring Women to the Top.”

Vivian More is vice president of IT Shared Services for Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services. The IT Shared Services group provides services for overall IT Business Analysis, Project Management, and Quality Assurance. In this role, she is responsible for implementing a standard methodology across the systems’ development life cycle.

Additionally, Ms. More oversees and prioritizes projects based on financial or operational impact and is responsible for the IT Quality Assurance process including testing methodologies, test environments, and the development of automated test scripts to improve the efficiency of regression testing of the systems supported by IT. She also supervises worldwide Customer Support for the Resort Solutions application, Implementation Services of Business Applications and Documentation Control.

Ms. More joined Interval in 1995 as development manager for Interval Software Services (ISS). In 1997, she moved to the Business Consulting Department and managed the functional design of the Sales and Marketing, Member Servicing, and Hotel Reservation components of the Resort Solutions application. Ms. More was promoted to director of business development in 1998 and assumed responsibilities for managing the functional development process, as well as the Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams. In 2004, she was promoted to assistant vice president of the IT Shared Services group.

Prior to joining Interval, Ms. More served as a senior software engineer for Telectronics Pacing Systems, former Cordis Corporation, for twelve years.

She is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Executive Council and is also actively involved with other charitable and philanthropic organizations in the community.

Ms. More resides in Coral Gables, Florida, with her husband and children.
