ITWomen plans its membership and public events programs in response to the needs of our members and potential members. Programs are organized around three themes:

  • Management Toolkits
  • Industry & Employment Trends
  • Work-Life Balance.

The South Florida tri-county area is very long, encompassing over 75 miles in length. Our members and supporters work and live in different locations up and down the metropolitan corridor. In order to make it easier for members to attend programs after work, ITWomen holds its programs in different locations  in South Florida. welcomed in different venues by our Program Host Sponsors.

Our program committee also partners with other organizations to offer online resources and develops and implements ideas for seminars, workshops and speakers.
