Michelle Bazargan partners with businesses to develop vision and strategy to shape the future and achieve successful transformations that drive innovation, reduce complexities and increase agility. Her track record for overseeing and delivering multi-million dollar programs and initiatives include areas in digital, consumer engagement and customer experience, innovation strategies and programs. She is experienced in enterprise architecture, product development, product management, and program/project management.

Michelle has a unique ability to blend strategy, vision, ideation, storytelling, business case development and rapid application development to prove out concepts and inspire change. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She is also PMP, CSM, and CSPO certified and holds other numerous technical and management certifications.

As an avid athlete she is also passionate about health and fitness. She believes athleticism teaches you to set a vision, strategy, goals, then execute and constantly learn and improve even in the midst of failure. Combining her passions for Sports, Fitness, Innovation and Giving, Michelle also founded FitConnect360, a foundation to connect youth and communities to online, grass roots, health/fitness programs and events.

Michelle currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida. She immigrated from Iran with her family when she was three years old, escaping from the country’s war and revolution. The experience built a foundation of drive, perseverance, and dedication.
