Sandra Porceng

Sandra Porceng is vice president of Product Development for JM&A Group, one of the largest independent providers of finance and insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry. JM&A Group is a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a diversified automotive company ranked No. 21 on Forbes’ list of America’s Largest Private Companies.

In this position, Porceng oversees the company’s product development functions including research, development, launches of new products and the modifications of existing products which automotive dealerships sell to consumers. These products — vehicle protection plans, prepaid maintenance plans, theft deterrent products and total loss protection which are provided to consumers through service contracts, warranties and waivers – are designed to help maximize profitability on vehicle sales and after-sale opportunities.

Porceng joined JM Family in 1997 and has held several leadership roles within the organization. Prior to her latest move to JM&A Group, she was vice president of Human Resources Operations for JM Family, leading the functions of associate relations, corporate policies and procedures, staffing and recruiting and talent planning for the company’s 4,100 North American associates. She also served as vice president of Total Rewards where she managed Compensation, Benefits and Retirement Services, Worker’s Compensation, Relocation and Data Management. Additionally, in her career she has held director positions for two of the organization’s primary business units.

Porceng earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She and her husband reside in Coral Springs, Fla.
