In that scenario, you have the unprecedented opportunity to become your company’s pivotal agent of technology and business transformation. But you, and your legacy IT organization, risk an alternative destiny—stewardship of back-office processes or service-provider projects, keeping you out of the high-velocity passing lane of continuous innovation and transformation.
