Felicia Alvaro, Vice President of Finance of Ultimate Software Felicia Alvaro is the Vice President of Finance of Ultimate Software, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, with headquarters in Weston, Florida and operations throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

With almost 30 years’ experience in financial management, Felicia has been involved in accounting, finance, financial reporting, financial planning and analyses and financial compliance for both public and privately-held companies.  Prior to working for these companies, Felicia began her career with KPMG LLP, a global accounting and consulting firm.

Felicia has a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
