ITWomen Expands into Tampa and Central Florida

Claire Marrero, ITWomen PresidentBig news. We are expanding our mission beyond South Florida into Tampa and Central Florida!

Please join me in welcoming Therese Williams to the Board of Directors of ITWomen. Therese and her core team of highly committed volunteers are preparing to launch their kickoff event with Spring Kids Code Camp for Girls, Inc. in the Tampa Bay area.

The volunteers will expand ITWomen’s programs beyond South Florida by continuing the ITWomen Role Model Speakers program and Professional Development events in Tampa Bay and Central Florida communities.

“We look forward to strengthening our alignment and learning from your incredible success and best practices,”  Therese told members of ITWomen Board and Advisory Board members. “We also know that the Tampa Bay area needs a network of professional IT Women that will support each other and raise up the next generation.”
