ITWomen works to close the gender gap across technology. We encourage girls to pursue a career in tech to get a seat at the table on shaping the world and to fill these higher paying jobs for economic security.
That's why ITWomen Charitable Foundation is proud to work with Ellevest, an investing platform uniquely geared to women's lives. Founder Sallie Krawcheck, who served as CEO of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Smith Barney, created Ellevest with a parallel mission to ours: close the gender gap in investing.
The best part is that this opportunity can provide benefits for you AND help ITWomen Foundation programs.
Whether you simply register to receive Ellevest news and explore its educational resources, or become a client, ITWomen will receive some monies to help continue our mission to close the gender gap in tech.*
While careers in the tech and IT industry trend to higher paying jobs, we know that how we save and invest can make the difference between living on the edge and economic independence. Investments designed by women and in women take into account that women typically live longer and are paid less.

ITWomen accomplishes its mission through specific programs that allow professional women across technology to collaborate and empower each other in their career development.
Our youth programs help fuel the future tech force by inspiring more girls through Role Models, Scholarships, Mentors and Free Camps to pursue careers in tech.
Each program and initiative addresses the ITWomen’s mission in a unique way and focuses on specific needs within its constituency.
ITWomen Charitable Foundation
ITWomen established the nonprofit ITWomen Charitable Foundation 501(c)3 as part of its community outreach. Our programs help ignite a passion for technology in the next generation by reaching out to girls in middle school, high school, and college through Role Model Speakers and Scholarships. And our supportive network is there for our scholarship alumnae and our members for their professional development. ITWomen is a multi-generational organization which began in the South Florida tri-county areas of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and in 2016, has expanded with a presence in the greater Orlando and Tampa metro areas.
