Shawna has been a driving force within ITWomen for more than a decade. Her thoughtful leadership on our Scholarship Selection Committee, her work securing grant funding that enabled our online scholarship platform, and her commitment to evangelizing our mission have helped open doors for countless young women across South Florida. Shawna’s efforts have strengthened our scholarship fund year after year and expanded the reach of our STEM programs and mentoring initiatives.

Surrounded by fellow CIOs and community leaders, Shawna was celebrated not only for her extraordinary service to ITWomen, but also for her career accomplishments to date. As Senior Vice President and Business Information Officer for Enterprise Technology at @Cushman & Wakefield, Shawna has led transformational, bottom-line-impacting technology programs across global business functions. Her leadership track record also includes impactful roles at Ryder, DHL, and Aon, where she has delivered innovative solutions and guided enterprise modernization on a global scale.

Her influence extends far beyond her corporate success. Shawna serves on the Nova Southeastern University AI & Cybersecurity Advisory Board, is Programs Chair for Inspire Leadership Network CIO South FL, and is a Gartner C-Level Community Governing Body Member for South Florida, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to elevating the technology ecosystem and developing the next generation of leaders.

Shawna leads with heart, integrity, and impact, and we’re so proud to recognize her. She joins an extraordinary lineup of past Women of Wonder honorees, including Sharon Moura, our very first Woman of Wonder, along with Margaret Brisbane, @Ann Dozier, Christine Zambrano, Jennifer Arbelaez and @Jo Moskowitz.
